Warren & Eric played their last gig October 31, 2003. The next night, Eric was seriously injured in a car accident. After nearly three months in the hospital, he was released and appeared to be on the road to recovery. Twelve days later, on Feb 8, 2004, he suffered a fatal heart attack.
