Richie Furay was a founding member of Buffalo Springfield & Poco and is a member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Eric and I were opening a show for Poco in Commerce City. For a couple of years Eric and I had been performing a new tune of Richie's. He showed up backstage as we were performing his tune. What a treat for us when he jumped up on the stage to join us. The other guys in Poco were cheering from the wings. I watched this guy on The Ed Sullivan Show when I was a kid!
